WCU students partnering with Cullowhee church to serve free pre-Thanksgiving meal

Members of the Western Carolina University Student Social Work Association are partnering with Cullowhee United Methodist Church to offer a free pre-Thanksgiving meal to local residents in need Friday, Nov. 18.

The hot meal will be served from noon until 8 p.m. at the church located at 416 Central Drive on the WCU campus.

Members of the Student Social Work Association will be picking up food being donated by local businesses early on Nov. 18 and then prepare the meal at the church.
