WHEE Are Catamount Fit

Cost: $10/person for all 5 Fridays
Join Kellie Monteith and Shauna Sleight for five weeks of Friday fun and fitness! This 40-minute, high-intensity interval training class will focus on total body strength and conditioning. Join us for tire flips, sandbag carries, speed and agility work, kettlebell swings, and more! Payment (cash or check) is due the first day of class. Space is limited to the first 20 people!
