A grant-writing workshop for WCU faculty, staff and students will be offered Thursday, April 14, at the university’s instructional site at Biltmore Park Town Square in Asheville.
Erika Thompson and Frank Graeff, staff members at the Grants Resource Center in Washington, D.C., are offering the free workshops to individuals interested in pursuing grant funding. The schedule includes proposal development tips from 9 to 10:30 a.m., information about health and human services opportunities from 10:45 a.m. to 12:15 p.m., and private consultations by appointment from 1:15 to 2:45 p.m. The sessions will take place in conference room 344.
The workshop at Biltmore Park, and one held on WCU’s Cullowhee campus Wednesday, April 13, are sponsored by the university’s Office of Research Administration. The Grants Resource Center is a service of the American Association of State Colleges and Universities.
