Hot water service to be interrupted to campus buildings
WCU’s shutdown of the university’s central steam plant and distribution system for required annual inspection and maintenance will affect heating and hot water availability to parts of campus starting Saturday, May 7.
From May 7 to May 22, upper campus buildings will be affected. From May 23 to May 27, heating and hot water will not be available to any campus buildings. From May 28 to June 7, lower campus buildings. (Hot water availability in buildings that have electric hot water heaters will not be affected.)
